We want you to love your purchase. If it's not quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

Full-priced items may be returned within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Items purchased using a promotional or discount code or during a storewide sale, are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and WHS reasons, earrings, underwear, and hair accessories are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Please choose carefully when purchasing these items..

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Free from marks, stains, pet hair, fragrances, or any signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you.

How to Return

To start a return, simply lodge your request through our online Returns Portal before sending your item back. 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund, exchange or store credit.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
